Ole Miss vs. Oklahoma Prediction and Odds for Sunday, November 27 (Take Sooners to Close Out Rebels Late)
By Ben Heisler
Feast Week wraps up this Sunday with an early afternoon matchup out in Kissimmee, Florida for the ESPN Events Invitational as 6-0 Ole Miss faces 5-1 Oklahoma at the State Farm Field House.
The Rebels' offense has been remarkably consistent over their last four games: scoring 70, 72, 72 and 74 points in their last four games, holding teams to 63.5 points over the course of the season.
Meanwhile, the Sooners have looked great defensively after their opening night loss to Sam Houston, winners of five straight, including a 13-point win on Friday against Seton Hall.
Who's got the edge in a projected defensive showdown in Florida?

Ole Miss vs. Oklahoma Prediction and Pick
There's movement coming on Oklahoma from the sharps, and after taking a closer look at the matchup, it makes plenty of sense as to why.
The Sooners lost to start the season in a rough offensive performance to Sam Houston, but since then they've been locked in on both sides of the ball. The Sooners rank top 50 in both KenPom adjusted offense and defensive efficiency, and are taking quality shots since their first loss. OU comes in with the 59th-best effective field goal percentage (54.2%), and hold opponents to just a 43% EFG%, while also limiting teams to 24.2% from 3-point range.
The Rebels come in undefeated, but they've won several close games they've probably should've won with ease, and have done well from the beyond the arc, shooting just under 35% for the year. If the Sooners take that advantage away, they'll need to get a bunch of second-chance buckets to hang in vs. the Sooners. Ole Miss has the fourth-best offensive rebounding percentage team in the country, yet Oklahoma limits offensive boards at the 40th-best rate in college hoops.
The Rebels deserve their success so far, and credit to them for winning some key close games, but I like the way OU is locked in, and think they can put this away in the end with the Rebels' inability to make free throws (67.2%) on the season.
