Last year, Elena Rybakina won her first ever grand slam at Wimbledon against Ons Jabeur in three sets and the two will meet yet again in the 2023 slam.

Rybakina has battled viral illness this year, but has had an easy fortnight at the All England Club after Beatriz Hadad Maia retired in the first set in the round of 16. However, Jabeur is playing at an incredibly high level at the moment, fresh off a straight sets win against top 10 foe Petra Kvitova, dropping only three games in the process.

Can Jabeur even the score against Rybakina at Wimbledon and move onto the semis?

Here are the odds:

Ons Jabeur vs. Elena Rybakina prediction and pick

Rybakina has been on point while serving this grand slam, winning 32 of 33 service games, but the opponents she is facing simply pale in comparison to Jabeur, who has broken more than 36% of her opponent's service games over her career on grass.

Jabeur is also looking like a Grand Slam champion here. She rolled past an in form Kvitova, winning six of seven break points and winning 82% of her first serve points. While she needs to get her first serve in more than a ghastly 38%, Jabeur's ability to return on this slick service makes me confident she can hold up against Rybakina's serve.

Rybakina played two matches on grass ahead of Wimbledon, beating a qualifier and losing to Donna Vekic (No. 23 in the world). Here, she has played one player in the top 50 before Haddad Maia retired in the first set. Jabeur has faced stiff competition and dominated in epic fashion.

I think the Tunisian evens it up with Rybakina at Wimbledon and punches her ticket to the semis.
