Arizona is the conference's best team, going 18-2 in the regular season and should be heavily favored in every matchup leading to the championship game.

PAC-12 Tournament Bracket and Standings

The top four teams in the conference receive byes: Arizona, UCLA, USC and Colorado. It appears that the top three, Arizona, UCLA and USC are the only sure things to make the NCAA Tournament, meaning that anyone else needs to win the PAC-12 Tournament to qualify for the 'Big Dance.'

PAC-12 Tournament Schedule (Dates, Times, Channel)

The PAC-12 Tournament starts on Wednesday with first round action on the PAC-12 Network, followed by the quarterfinals on Thursday with a majority of games (except for the last one between the winner of Utah/Washington playing USC) on Fox Sports 1.

The semifinals on Friday are split between the PAC-12 Network and FS1 while the Final on Saturday at 7 PM EST on Fox.

PAC-12 Tournament Prediction and Pick

It's chalky, but Arizona is still a good bet to win it all. For starters, the team is the second best team in the country, according to KenPom, posting top five ratings on 2-point offense and defense. First year head coach Tommy Lloyd has his team playing at a frenetic pace and the team is more than capable of blowing teams out.

With that in mind, the two contenders, USC and UCLA, are on the other side of the bracket. So, the team won't be a single digit favorite until the Finals. Again, we are looking for value and the Wildcats project as an even bigger favorite than this.

PAC-12 Dark Horse

If I am looking for a dark horse to win this Tournament, it will be teams that can get through UCLA and USC. The only team that intrigues me from that group is Washington State, the No. 7 seed. The Cougars are +2800 and outside of a five game skid in the middle of February, the team went 6-1 this past month.

The Cougars are young and struggle to close games out but they do force the most turnovers in the conference and are third in offensive rebounding rate. The team will need to find a way to beat UCLA, who is as balanced as Wazzu and has more experience, and then get over the hump against USC, who they lost to twice by two points each.

The Cougars take a ton of 3-pointers, 42nd in the country in 3PAR, so their games can be full of variance, and can be worthy as a potential darkhorse out of the bottom of the PAC-12 bracket. With that being said, you may be better off betting this team in each individual game instead of counting on a futures ticket.
