Guess who the hottest spread bet is in the NBA. Go ahead, take your time.

Did you say the Detroit Pistons? If you did, then congratulations! You nailed it! The Pistons are 5-0-1 against the spread (ATS) in their last six and won four of those outright behind the increasingly strong play of Cade Cunningham and a finally-healthy roster.

Detroit hopes to continue rolling when they host the 22-42 Indiana Pacers tonight at 7:00 PM EST. Can the Pistons keep the good vibes going or will Indiana squash the hopes and dreams of young Motor City fans everywhere?

Let's check out the odds over at WynnBET:

Pacers vs Pistons Prediction and Pick

I fully support the Pistons renaissance. They've got wins over Boston, Cleveland, Charlotte and Toronto in their last six and are rounding into a strong foundation to move forward with. Between Cunningham, Saddiq Bey, and Jerami Grant, they've got the makings of a serviceable team.

Indiana has been solid of late too, though. They've covered the spread in four of six and are transitioning into becoming Tyrese Haliburton's team after trading away Domantas Sabonis. But without Myles Turner, their defense remains a trainwreck. I've said it before and I'll say it again: it's a great day to bet a Pacers over.

The over is 14-3 in Indiana's last 17. And while Detroit has been a bettor's best friend recently, they still rank 28th in defensive rating over their last 15 games. Baby steps, after all. The over is 6-2-1 in their last nine as their offense is starting to gel and I'll be returning to the over well tonight.

But I'm also riding with the Pistons to cover. They're 9-5 ATS in their last 14 at home while the Pacers are just 2-7 outright in their last nine as a road favorite. No hopes and dreams will be squashed tonight - Detroit will cover in a fun, high-scoring affair.

Pick: Pistons +3.5 (-110) and over 229.5 (-110)
