Pacers vs. Trail Blazers Prediction and Odds: Back Indiana to Win Its First Road Game
By Thomas Snodgrass
The Indiana Pacers have kicked off November in style, winning their first two games of the month, defeating the San Antonio Spurs and New York Knicks. Both wins have come by exactly 13 points.
The Portland Trail Blazers have lost three games in a row now, capping their current streak with a 107-104 loss to the upstart Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday night.
Damian Lillard has only shot better than 50 percent from the field in two of eight games this season, shooting 10-for-27 in the loss to Cleveland. The Blazers will need Lillard to get right soon if they are going to climb the Western Conference standings.

Pacers vs. Trail Blazers Prediction and Pick
Indiana has looked solid lately, winning by healthy margins in their last two games. Unfortunately, for the Pacers, they’re starting a four game road trip tonight, and they have gone 0-4 in road games this season.
Malcolm Brogdon now appears to be fully healthy, Caris LeVert seems healthy, and the strengthening man power for this Indiana team may be just what they needed to exercise their road trip demons.
Shooting guard Chris Duarte has been a surprise for the Pacers, averaging 17 points and just shy of five rebounds in about 35 minutes per game.
Portland and Indiana both average 111 points per game this season, both offenses have the ability to collect a lot of buckets. Lately on defense, the Pacers have allowed 104.3 points per game on defense in their last three games, Portland has allowed 115 points per game in their last three games; only the New Orleans Hornets have done worse.
With an emerging defense and steadier offense, I’m backing the Pacers to pick up their first road win of the season.
Pick: Pacers +4 | Pacers +150 ML
