The Green Bay Packers did what the Green Bay Packers do on Sunday Night Football in Week 2, winning and covering the spread against the Chicago Bears.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers also won and covered in Week 2, getting a late flurry of points to get past the Saints in New Orleans.

Now, the two teams, led by two of the greatest quarterbacks in the history of the game, will meet once again.

Who has the edge when the Buccaneers host the Packers in Week 3? Let's see what the oddsmakers at FanDuel Sportsbook think.

Packers vs. Buccaneers Prediction and Pick

Yes, the Buccaneers are 2-0 straight up and against the spread through their first two games, but there are a lot of red flags that make me nervous betting on them in this matchup against Aaron Rodgers and the Packers.

For example, they're averaging only 4.8 yards per play this season, which ranks 26th in the NFL. The Packers, despite only scoring seven points in Week 1, are averaging 5.9 yards per play, which ranks 10th.

Green Bay's weakness on defense, which we saw get exposed against both the Vikings and in the second half against the Bears, is their run defense. But, luckily for them, the Buccaneers haven't ran the ball effectively all season. They're averaging just 3.6 yards per carry, which is 27th in the NFL.

If the Buccaneers didn't have the defense they do, they'd be 0-2 on the year. I firmly believe that. But, against a team like the Packers, they can't rely on their defense carrying them across the finish line.

I'll take Green Bay and the points on Sunday.
