The Green Bay Packers' season is officially dead.

They are listed at +660 at FanDuel Sportsbook to make the playoffs and are a mile back from the NFC North-leading Minnesota Vikings. Likely their only hope is to win every single one of their remaining games, starting with a Week 12 matchup with the 9-1 Philadelphia Eagles.

Speaking of the Eagles, they've stumbled the past two weeks after starting the season 8-0. They lost to the Washington Commanders on Monday Night Football in Week 10, and then barely scrapped past the Colts in Week 11.

Holes have been exploited in this Eagles team. Not to say they aren’t an elite team, but they need to stop being listed as favorites of a touchdown or bigger.

The Packers should be able to run the ball against the Eagles. 8th in the NFL in yards per carry, and the Eagles rank 24th in opponent yards per carry.

Green Bay is still not a BAD team, no matter what any of the results say. 15th in net yards per play, 5.5 yards per play on offense, 5.5 yards given up per play on defense. That’s why I’ll hesitate to back them as favorites, but as underdogs of a touchdown or more, I’ll bet on them.

Teams have dips and valleys all season, and I think we’re catching the Eagles on a bit of a dip here after losing to Washington and barely beating the Colts.
