The Miami Dolphins have won three straight games to move to 4-7 on the season and actually opened up as a one-point favorite over the Carolina Panthers in Week 12 before the line moved to a pick’em later on Monday.

Carolina lost to the Washington Football Team in Week 11, but it has looked much better with Cam Newton under center and Christian McCaffrey healthy. Can the Panthers get back in the win column against a Miami team that has struggled prior to this streak?

Panthers vs. Dolphins Prediction and Pick

I am selling high on the Dolphins in this spot, and I explained on the latest episode of the Bet & Breakfast podcast why I’d play Carolina at anything less than a field goal favorite in this game.

The Dolphins have won three straight games against three of the worst defenses in the NFL in terms of yards per play, as the New York Jets (allow the most yards per play), Baltimore Ravens (allow the second most yards per play) and Houston Texans (allow the sixth most yards per play) have all struggled this season.

Carolina has the second best defense in the NFL in terms of yards per play allowed, while Miami is the second worst team on offense in that statistic. This Miami team is being overvalued for winning two games it frankly should have won, and I’m going to back the Panthers all day in this matchup even with the line moving from +1.0 to even.

Pick: Panthers moneyline (-110)
