This is the first game the Panthers will play after firing Matt Rhule, so what version should we expect? P.J. Walker is expected to be the starting quarterback this week. Is he going to unlock this offense with several playmakers? Or will he look like a backup quarterback?

As for the Rams, they lost to the Dallas Cowboys and a backup quarterback last week. They can’t seem to find any offense outside of Cooper Rush or any pass rush outside of Aaron Donald. Even as the defending champions, they aren’t trustworthy going into this game.

Panthers vs. Rams Best Bet and Prediction

Remember how I said the Rams aren’t productive without Kupp and Donald? We may have an issue.

This is probably nothing, but I would wait to bet a side with their statuses up in the air. If Kupp and/or Donald don’t play, the Panthers are live to win this game. If they do play, then I’ll take Carolina on the spread. The Rams have looked putrid on offense, ranking 29th or lower in points per game and yards per play.

I don’t trust them to put up points, and the Panthers have several questions on their end. When I look at this game, all I can see is ugly football. For that reason, I have to take the UNDER.

However, if you’re set on betting the side, wait until more injury news comes out.
