Patriots vs. Packers Prediction: Fade New England's Offense No Matter What

The New England Patriots could be in trouble, as Mac Jones has a high-ankle sprain, although the team is still holding out hope he can play on Sunday.
Per sources, Mac Jones is in the facility and participating in game planning. The #Patriots QB has to told multiple teammates to not count him out of this weekend's game at Green Bay, and is still operating as if he has a chance. Practice is scheduled for around 12:35 today.

It would be shocking to see Jones play after all of the pain he was in following the Week 3 loss to the Baltimore Ravens, especially since the Patriots are going to be underdogs against the Green Bay Packers regardless.
The Packers have picked up back-to-back wins after a disappointing Week 1, and rookie receiver Romeo Doubs burst onto the scene with a big performance in Week 3. Can Green Bay cover a massive spread in this one?

This game has seen a ton of line movement after starting at Packers -8 on Sunday. With Mac Jones’ ankle injury, the line moved all the way to Packers -10.5, but it has settled back in at 9.5. The total has crept down from 42 to 39.5 as well.
Patriots vs. Packers Best Bet and Prediction
I’m fading the Patriots offense in this game, regardless of who is playing the quarterback position.
New England scored just three offensive touchdowns over the first two weeks of the season before taking on a terrible Baltimore secondary and scoring 26 points in Week 3.
If Jones sits, Brian Hoyer is going to lead the way for the Pats, and I have very little confidence in him against an elite Green Bay defense that has allowed just 22 points over the last two weeks and 45 all season.
In case Bill Belichick settles for a ton of field goals, I’ll take the UNDER on the Patriots total offensive touchdowns, as I don’t see them scoring much more than 14-17 points in this game.
