Patriots vs. Vikings Best Same Game Parlay Picks for Thanksgiving Day
After all is said and done on Thanksgiving, we’ll still have one game to watch – the New England Patriots and the Minnesota Vikings.
Since it’s the last game of the night, why don’t we look to go out with a bang? Let’s get a same-game parlay going and try to cash in on the final moments of Turkey Day.
Here are my favorite bets to put into a parlay, with the full parlay at the bottom paying out with +3187 odds.
Rhamondre Stevenson Anytime TD Scorer
Getting Rhamondre Stevenson at plus money is a great play. He is the Patriots' best option on the ground and also provides value through the air. He has four touchdowns in the last five games. Unless this is another 3-3 game until 30 seconds are left, Stevenson will get into the end zone.
Alternate Spread Patriots +6.5 (-210)
The Vikings are not a dominant team, regardless of what their record says. The Vikings have a negative point differential and are 30th in the league in opponent yards per play. The Patriots' defense, meanwhile, is sixth in the NFL in opponent yards per play. That shapes up to be a matchup advantage for the Pats.
Minnesota has been a comeback team all year, so don’t be surprised if we go into the fourth quarter with the Pats up.
Mac Jones UNDER 224.5 Passing Yards
Jones has hit the under on this line in three of his last four games and cleared it by only two yards in his last outing. The Patriots’ best chance to win is by giving the ball to Rhamondre Stevenson, and Jones can be a nice complement to that. After a terrible showing last week, I think the Vikings' defense will play slightly better.
Justin Jefferson OVER 90+ Receiving Yards
Before last week’s embarrassing performance against the Cowboys, Jefferson had gone over this mark in six straight games. In that span, he saw nearly 12 targets a game and averaged just under 16 yards per reception. Jefferson is going to be the most talented player on the field tonight, so let’s back him to bounce back in a big way.
Minnesota Vikings Team Total OVER 22.5 Points
The Vikings have cleared this line in seven of their eight wins this season. They’ve failed to clear it in four games overall, but things have tended to break Minnesota’s way this season. The Patriots haven’t allowed this many points in a month, but two of those games were against Zach Wilson and another was against Sam Ehlinger and the Colts pre-Jeff Saturday. They’ll face a real offense this week, so I’ll fade them and back Minnesota.
