Two of the worst teams in the Western Conference will face off on Sunday, as the New Orleans Pelicans travel to take on the Oklahoma City Thunder

OKC has won three of its last four games heading into tonight, but the Pelicans have jumped them in the standings by winning four straight and six of their last 10 games.

New Orleans is starting to figure things out with Zion Williamson out, but can it pick up a road win today?

Here are the odds via WynnBET:

Pelicans vs. Thunder Odds, Spread and Total

Spread:

  • Pelicans pick'em (-110)
  • Thunder pick'em (-110)

Moneyline:

  • Pelicans: -110
  • Thunder: -110

Total:

  • 211 (Over -110/Under -110)

Pelicans vs. Thunder Prediction and Pick

This game really is a toss up between two bad teams, but there is one key trend that I like in this matchup.

The Thunder, who are one of the better teams against the spread this season, are 10-6 against the spread at home this year, while the Pelicans are just 6-12 ATS on the road.

As usually is the tale with young teams, playing at home is a lot easier than going on the road. New Orleans did beat OKC on the road back on Dec. 15, but the Thunder didn’t have second leading scorer Lu Dort in that game.

The win also came on Devonte' Graham's full court heave, so I'm not reading too much into that loss for OKC.

With Dort back, I think OKC is able to grab the win in this matchup.

Pick: Thunder Moneyline (-110)
