This is not your father's Wisconsin offense, they are playing at a faster tempo around Davis and capable of putting up points in bunches. I see both offenses set up for success in this one leading me to the over.

Neither defense forces turnovers at all, and the Badgers have the best offensive turnover rate in the country. Further, both are more than capable from the free throw line. ,

On offense, Penn State loves to shoot from deep, 71st in the country in three-point rate, mitigating their methodical offense if they are able to get going. The Badgers have a middling perimeter defense and we need just a few Penn State three's to fall to clear this low total. Given their propensity to play a compact defense, I can see the Nittany Lions getting a ton of looks from deep.

Meanwhile, the Badgers should get whatever they want against a porous Penn State D that is 10th in defensive rating in Big Ten play. Davis and Brad Davision should help generate enough clean looks to flirt with 70 points.

Wisconsin has gone over in 8 of their last 10 games as they continued to get priced as their slow-footed offense, but this is shaping up to go over with the shot profiles of each team.
