Peter's Primetime Parlay: Wizards vs. Bucks
By Peter Dewey
Who’s looking for a same-game parlay on the primetime matchup between the Milwaukee Bucks and Washington Wizards?
If so, you’ve come to the right place.
The Wizards are going to be without Bradley Beal in this game, so there may be some betting value on some secondary players to step up without him.
Here’s my same-game parlay for this matchup, with all odds via WynnBET:
Best Same-Game Parlay for Wizards vs. Bucks (+205 Odds)
- Khris Middleton 25+ Points, Rebounds, Assists
- Milwaukee Bucks Moneyline
- Spencer Dinwiddie UNDER 19.5 Points
- Giannis Antetokounmpo 25+ Points
- Giannis Antetokounmpo OVER 8.5 Rebounds
Khris Middleton 25+ Points, Rebounds, Assists
Khris Middleton is coming off a nine-point game in a blowout loss to the Denver Nuggets, but he still put up 21 combined points, rebounds and assists.
Prior to that outing, Middleton had hit this prop in 11 of his last 12 games, and he’s been a steady scoring presence this season, averaging 19.8 points per game. The Wizards have fallen into the bottom 10 in the NBA in defensive rating, so don’t be surprised if Middleton easily gets to this number on Tuesday.
Milwaukee Bucks Moneyline
The Bucks are the easy bet to win this game, as Bradley Beal is out for the Wizards and Washington has been faltering as of late.
Washington has lost five straight, including blowing a 35-point lead to the Los Angeles Clippers and losing by 20 to the Memphis Grizzlies.
This team is not good, and I think the defending champs will be hungry after losing badly to Denver. I’ll back the Bucks with Middleton, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Jrue Holiday all healthy.
Spencer Dinwiddie UNDER 19.5 Points
Spencer Dinwiddie has not been good this season, as he’s averaging just 13.2 points per game while shooting 38.6 percent from the field and 31.5 percent from beyond the arc.
Dinwiddie has failed to clear this line in six straight and nine of his last 11 games, and he’s facing a Bucks team that is 10th in the NBA in defensive rating.
Moving this line to 19.5 gives you a little more cushion to fade Dinwiddie tonight.
Giannis Antetokounmpo 25+ Points
Why not back arguably the NBA’s best player against a bottom-10 defense?
That’s exactly what these next two picks are.
Giannis has cleared this line in 16 straight games, so I’m more comfortable with the 25+ than taking the over on his points prop at 30.5.
Giannis should easily handle Thomas Bryant and Montrezl Harrell down low tonight.
Giannis Antetokounmpo OVER 8.5 Rebounds
This one is a little tougher, as Giannis has missed nine rebounds in four of his last 16 games, but that still means he’s hitting this at a 75 percent clip.
Not only that, but the Wizards are 17th in the NBA in rebounding percentage and will be without their best offensive player in this game in Beal.
I’ll trust Giannis to get this done on Tuesday.
Peter Dewey’s betting record is 105-113-2 (-16.91 units) in the NBA this season. You can find all of his picks here.
