After a narrow 110-108 Bucks win on Halloween, Detroit and Milwaukee will square off for the second consecutive game tonight. The Bucks are still unbeaten, and Monday's game was the first time they didn't cover the spread all season as Giannis Antetokounmpo looks like a league-wrecking force through the first couple of weeks.

The Pistons, on the other hand, have just two wins in nine tries. They've covered the spread in three of their last four behind stellar play from Cade Cunningham and Bojan Bogdanovic.

Milwaukee certainly has the better statistical profile, ranking third in net rating (8.8) in the NBA with the league's best defense, while Detroit is 29th in net rating (-7.9) with the third-worst defense.

That didn't matter in the first meeting, though. Can the Pistons keep it close again or will the Bucks assert their dominance?

Here are the updated odds for the matchup before we get into my best bet:

Pistons vs. Bucks Prediction and Pick

The Pistons enjoyed an uncharacteristically sloppy performance from the Bucks in Monday's matchup. Giannis and Jrue Holiday both turned the ball over four times as Milwaukee gave it away 16 times in total. With how bad Detroit is defensively right now, I wouldn't count on that happening again.

Giannis is a verifiable force, one of the best players we've ever seen at the height of his powers. There's a reason the Bucks covered the spread in every game prior to Monday, after all.

Milwaukee is my pick to win the title, and it has done nothing to make me think otherwise. As long as the Bucks don't shoot 11-of-40 from 3-point range, like they did Monday, they should dominate the inferior Pistons.

Back the Bucks to pick up a commanding victory and cover the spread for the sixth time in seven games this season.
