It’s been an ugly start to the 2022 season for the Tennessee Titans, who blew a late lead to the New York Giants in Week 1 before getting dismantled by the Buffalo Bills in Week 2 on Monday Night Football.

Now, the Titans get to face another 0-2 team, the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday in Week 3.

Vegas has beaten itself, blowing a 20-point lead last week to the Arizona Cardinals and watching three Derek Carr picks end its chances at a win in Week 1.

That being said, the Raiders have at least played good football, especially on the offensive end, ranking 10th in the NFL in yards per play.

Which one of these teams picks up its first win of the season? Let’s break down the latest odds from FanDuel:

This line has stayed pretty consistent all week, jumping to 2.5 right after the Titans’ loss on Monday Night Football before settling at 1.5. The total has dropped a point from 46.5 to 45.5.

Raiders vs. Titans Prediction and Pick

I’ll be blunt, the Raiders are winning this football game.

The Titans’ offense has all sorts of issues, as Derrick Henry (no fault of his own) is averaging less than four yards per carry with defenses able to sell out to stop the run. Trading A.J. Brown has been a massive blow, as Tennessee ranks 25th in the league in passing yards through the first two games.

The Raiders squandered a win in Week 2 thanks to turnovers, but they should be able to move the ball against this Tennessee defense, especially after the shellacking it took on Monday night. Davante Adams is going to have a field day.

If Las Vegas can take Henry out of the game early, the Titans have no answer in the passing game. Back the Raiders as short favorites.
