The 4-9 Baker Mayfield-led Los Angeles Rams against the 5-8 Green Bay Packers was not what ESPN thought they were getting for Monday Night Football in Week 15, but here we are. Mayfield found a little bit of magic out in Hollywood and orchestrated a last minute touchdown drive to beat Vegas on Thursday night in Week 14, and the long layoff was good because he actually had time to meet his teammates.

Now, he and his teammates are going to head up to Lambeau to face the even more well-rested Packers who had a very late Week 14 bye. That might have been enough time for Aaron Rodgers to heal up his thumb, but they’re running out of time to make a run at a winning record or dare I say the postseason.

The Packers are greater than a touchdown favorite at home. Here are the odds for Monday Night Football.

  • Rams are 0-4 ATS in last 4 meetings in Green Bay

Rams vs. Packers Prediction and Odds

The Rams are heading up to the frozen tundra where they’ve struggled in their last four trips. They haven’t covered the spread in any of those and now, they’ll make the trip without, frankly, most of the talent on their team. The fact that they were able to beat the Raiders says more about how bad Josh McDaniels and the Raiders are than it does about Baker Mayfield and the Rams.

Mayfield is not a good quarterback. This season he's completing 58.5% of his passes and has seven touchdowns to six interceptions. According to PFF, Mayfield has made just five “big time throws” and seven “turnover-worthy plays.” His averaged depth of target is just 7.1 yards, a career low. His first game with Sean McVay was a total outlier and if McVay can revitalize his career with Ben Skowronek and Tutu Atwell as his No. 1 receivers and one of the worst offensive lines in football then we should rename the NFL the McVay Football League.

The Rams are horrible, they sold their soul for a Super Bowl, so do not buy into this dumpster fire of a roster that they’re flying up to Wisconsin.
