Rams vs. Vikings Updated Odds and Prediction: What Bettors Need to Know
By Reed Wallach
The Los Angeles Rams played the rare Tuesday game due to COVID-19 Protocols, scoring a massive win, 17-10 over NFC West rival Seattle Seahawks.
Week 16 features the Rams in another big game in relation to the NFC playoff picture with a road trip to the Vikings, who are clinging to the final Wild Card spot. Los Angeles will look to stay in lockstep with the Arizona Cardinals with a win on the road against Minnesota, but can they?
They will be facing a Vikings roster that will be a bit short handed with Dalvin Cook set to miss this week due to testing positive for COVID-19.
Cook has missed time already this season and Minnesota has gone 2-1 without him, so his loss may not be the end all be all in this matchup considering the team has an adequate backup in Alexander Mattison.

Los Angeles Rams vs. Minnesota Vikings Prediction and Pick
Our Matt De Saro is bullish on the Rams chances to finish the season strong after they cleared up their mid-season offensive issues. Matthew Stafford and star receiver Cooper Kupp are pacing a Los Angeles offense that is averaging more than 33 points per game over the last three games, and he expects them to put away a fraudulent Vikings team.
"The Vikings are a team that feels like have just been hanging on for dear life over the last month or so. They are in must-win territory right now with the Rams, and in two weeks with the Packers.
I just don’t think they have it in them to put it all together. They continue to play close games but are not winning or covering enough to make them a valuable pick on either the moneyline or spread.
The biggest issue for their chances against the Rams is their defense that is giving up more than 30 PPG over the last four weeks. I think this game will be a shootout and I like the over but my money is on L.A. to continue their resurgence."
PICK: LA Rams -3.5 (-110)
