The Baltimore Ravens groundskeeper is sweating bullets right now after the team suffered another two devastating injuries at practice today.

Ravens fans and bettors have to be miserable right now.

The Baltimore backfield is so decimated that I half expected to get a call from them today to get signed to their practice squad. I did used to play in Canada.

The team has now lost the top three running backs on their depth chart. J.K. Dobbins, Justice Hill, and Gus Edwards.

That now leaves undrafted Ty'Son Williams, who has never had a carry in an NFL regular season game, and new acquisition Le’Veon Bell as their only two running backs.

Not only that, but they’ve also lost one of their best defensive players in Marcus Peters.

AFC North Odds

The oddsmakers have responded to the news, as we expected they would. The Ravens are no longer the betting favorites to win the AFC North. That honor now belongs to the Cleveland Browns, who are listed at +125 to win the division at WynnBET.

Baltimore has dropped down to second on the odds list at +135.

If it’s any consolation, their Super Bowl odds (+1400) and odds to win the AFC (+700) have remained steady despite the news.

Baltimore is set to take on the Las Vegas Raiders on Monday Night Football in Week 1, and the spread has recently dropped from Ravens -4.5 to -4.
