The Baltimore Ravens are one of four teams in the AFC sitting at 7-3 and vying for the top spot in the conference that's currently held by the Kansas City Chiefs at 8-2.

They have a great chance to improve on that record in Week 12 when they fact the lowly Jacksonville Jaguars, who will be hoping for better results after their Week 11 BYE.

Let's take a look at the odds for the game.

Ravens vs. Jaguars Odds, Spread, and Total

Ravens vs. Jaguars Prediction and Pick

If you take an overall look at the Ravens and Jaguars offense, they're similar than you may think. The two teams are both averaging 5.7 yards per play this season and 5.3 yards per play over their last three games. Jacksonville has a slight edge in the red zone, and Baltimore has a slight edge on third down.

So, to determine which way we should bet, we should take a look at how each of the two defenses match up. The Ravens overall defensive numbers look more impressive, but Jacksonville may have the stylistic advantage.

We all now the Ravens rely on running the football, but stopping the run is the strength of the Jaguars defense, ranking eighth in opponent yards per carry. Meanwhile, the Jaguars rely on throwing the football, and that happens to be the weakness of the Baltimore defense, ranking 18th in opponent yards per pass attempt.

It may be a hot take, but I think the Jaguars may pull off the upset in this spot. I'll take a shot on their moneyline.
