The Baltimore Ravens will get a chance to showcase their new weapon, Roquan Smith, on Monday Night Football in Week 9 against the New Orleans Saints.

The Ravens are coming off a big win against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and are now looking to make it three-straight wins. Meanwhile, the Saints, despite being 3-4, are still alive and well in the NFC South. They're only one game back from the division-leading Falcons heading into Week 9 action.

Let's take a peak at the odds for this interconference prime time showdown.

Ravens vs. Saints Odds, Spread, and Total

Ravens vs. Saints Betting Trends

  • The UNDER is 4-1 in the Ravens last five games
  • Ravens are 6-2 ATS in last eight games against Saints
  • The UNDER is 13-6 in Ravens last 19 road games
  • Ravens are 14-3 straight up in last 17 games against NFC opponents
  • Saints are 3-7 straight up in their last 10 home games
  • Saints are 1-6 ATS in their last seven games played on Monday

Ravens vs. Saints Prediction and Pick

The Saints offense has become one of the most underrated in the NFL. They rank fifth in yards per play, averaging 6.0 yards per snap. Only the Bills, Chiefs, Dolphins, and Lions average more yards per play than the Saints.

Their offense also ranks 8th in third down conversion rate and 7th in red zone touchdown scoring percentage. Those sound like the kinds of numbers that would lend well for an OVER team.

It goes without saying that the Ravens are also a strong offensive team, ranking 8th in yards per play, 9th in third down conversion rate, and 15th in red zone touchdown scoring percentage.

The UNDER has hit at a high rate for the Ravens in recent weeks, but I'm going to fade that trend and back the OVER in this one.

The two defenses rank 10th and 20th in opponent yards per play, so each offense should be able to move the ball against them. I'll back the OVER to cash in this one.
