The Marlins remain in the NL Wild Card picture, but the team needs to get back on its winning ways after dropping two games in Colorado to the Rockies.

Miami will start emerging star Jesus Luzardo on Sunday in hopes of getting a quality start on Sunday. The Marlins will face the Rockies bullpen as the team will start left hander Ty Blach before passing the ball to a set of relievers.

The Marlins are a prolific team at hitting lefties, and it may continue to rake against Blach and a poor bullpen. Here are the odds for Sunday's matchup:

Rockies vs. Marlins prediction and pick

The Marlins are the best team in Major League Baseball at hitting lefties this season, batting .312 on the year, so the team is likely to get off to a good start against Blach, who has only made seven appearances this season.

After Blach, the Rockies will send out a bullpen that has the sixth highest ERA as a unit this season. The Marlins have been an above average offense all season against lefites or righties, so I expect the team will keep it up on Sunday.

Miami's offense should keep on humming on Sunday, I'll opt for the team total over given the massive moneyline price.
