The NFC South is completely wide open heading into Week 13 of the NFL season.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are leading the division at 5-6, only one win better than the New Orleans Saints and Carolina Panthers who are tied for last in the division at 4-8.

The final game of the Week 13 slate will feature a Monday Night Football showdown between the Saints and Buccaneers in what will be a pivotal game in shaping the final division results. If the Saints can pull off the upset, the divisional picture will become even more murky.

Let's dive into the odds for the game.

Saints vs. Buccaneers Prediction and Pick

I keep saying that the Saints are better than their record, then I bet on them and they lose.

They say insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. If that's the case then I guess I'm insane because I am once again betting on the Saints to cover the spread.

I just can't look past their top 10 ranking in net yards per play. Their record would be a lot better than what it is if they can just find a way to stop turning the ball over. Their average turnover margin per game is -1.2, the worst mark in the NFL by a wide margin. There was no better example of that then last week against the 49ers.

I still think the Buccaneers are being overvalued in the betting market because people assume that Tom Brady will eventually turn things around because that's what we've come to expect from him over the past 20+ years.

I'm here to tell you that it's not going to happen. Tom Brady and his offense is out of sync, Todd Bowles is a terrible play caller, and the Buccaneers shouldn't be looked at as the contender they have been since TB12 joined the roster.

Take the points with the Saints and root for a close game.
