The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are a win away from clinching the NFC South and solidifying their playoff spot. They have handled this season well, but will need to go through the Saints -- who have been a thorn in their side for the last two years.

It will be an uphill battle for the Saints though. They have a lot of injuries on top of being ravaged by COVID. Sean Payton won't even be on the sidelines since he is now in the COVID protocol. New Orleans has a lot on its plate and the Bucs might be the second or third priority right now.

Here are the odds for their matchup via WynnBET.

Saints vs. Buccaneers Prediction and Pick

Earlier this week, Iain MacMillan was trying to think of ways the Saints could keep up, and just couldn't.

The Saints' biggest weakness is their secondary. They're 21st in the NFL in opponent yards per pass attempt, allowing an average of 6.9 yards per throw. That's not good news for Saints fans and bettors, as the Buccaneers, led by NFL MVP favorite Tom Brady, have been the best passing team in the league this season. They're averaging an astounding 314.2 passing yards per game. ...I can't picture a scenario where the Saints offense can keep pace with the Buccaneers passing attack. I'll back Tampa Bay to cover the double-digit spread.

I'm with MacMillan on this one. The Saints don't even have a quarterback right now. There is no way they keep this game close.

Pick: Buccaneers -11 (-110)
