Week 7 kicks off with the New Orleans Saints (2-4) visiting the Arizona Cardinals (2-4) on Thursday Night Football.

The Saints are coming off a home loss to the Bengals and the Cardinals, a loss in Seattle. A Week 7 win would go a long way to right the ship for both these teams and hopefully Kyler Murray and either Andy Dalton or Jameis Winston give us a better Thursday Night Football game.

Saints vs. Cardinals Prediction and Pick

The Cardinals put up three points in the first half against Seattle and continue to have the league's worst first half offense. With Matt Rhule gone, Kliff Kingsbury might be the next coach fired with Arizoan's inability to get up for these games. I don’t really believe in Kyler Murray as a franchise quarterback, especially after the playoff game last year, but he is talented and they just paid him, so the blame will all fall at the feet of Kingsbury. Probably rightfully so, even if Murray isn’t going to win a Super Bowl, he is good enough to score more than nine points against Seattle’s terrible defense.

The X-Factor for this game is Deandre Hopkins returning from his PED suspension. Last year before Hopkins got hurt the Cardinals offense averaged 30.2 points per game. Once Hopkins went out that dropped to 18.8 points per game. I still like the under the most, but I do think Arizona could look like a different team with Hopkins back on the field.

We have seen terrible football on Thursday night this year and I don't expect that to change with Kliff Kingsbury and Dennis Allen as the two head coaches. Allen’s defense is almost as bad as Kingsbury’s offense. The Saints have allowed the fourth most points in the league this year.

Pick: Under 45.5 (-107)
