The Philadelphia Eagles are winless in their last five home games yet opened as slight favorites over the New Orleans Saints for their Week 11 game in Philly. Sure the Eagles took down the Broncos with ease last week while the Saints struggled against the Titans. But the Broncos are a wildly inconsistent team and the Titans currently lead the AFC South.

I understand the Saints are a far worse team without Jameis Winston under center. But Trevor Siemian is good enough to beat the Eagles as long as the Saints’ defense continues to play well.

One caveat to this is if Alvin Kamara is unable to suit up for this game. With the passing game now without a team leader, Kamara will need to step in and fill the void left by Winston’s absence.

  • The Saints are 5-10 ATS in their last 15 games against the Eagles.

  •  The Eagles are 4-2 ATS in their last six games.

Saints vs. Eagles Prediction and Pick

The Eagles this season are one of those weird teams that play better on the road than they do at home. Not only are they 0-4 at home this season but are also just 1-3 ATS in those same games. So, not only are they losing at home, they are usually losing by more than expected.

Despite the Saints’ loss last week, they looked good against the AFC South-leading Titans considering they were without their starting QB and RB. The Saints failed on a two-point conversion as time ran out on the game that would have sent the game to overtime. If Kamara is unable to play, this game gets a bit dicey. However, if he does suit up, the Saints at underdog odds are too hard to pass up against a Weak Eagles offense.
