Carolina and New Orleans, both looking for a win this week, meet up in another NFC South matchup. We haven't seen great quarterback play out of these signal callers, making this game hard to read. However, I'm looking at three wide receivers who we should look at going into this game.

Here are three prop bets to look for in Saints-Panthers.

Best Prop Bets For Saints-Panthers Week 3

  • D.J. Moore UNDER Receiving Yards
  • Chris Olave Anytime TD
  • Michael Thomas OVER Receptions

D.J. Moore UNDER Receiving Yards

Moore hasn't really exploded this season, but he has been consistent. He's had six targets, three catches and 43 yards in each of the first two games. However, the Saints are just outside the top 10 in passing yards allowed this season, so I don't think Baker Mayfield is going to have a field day. Mayfield has had his struggles this season. Unless Moore is getting wide-open, Mayfield is going to have a hard time finding daylight.

Chris Olave Anytime TD

Let's try this again. I picked Olave to score a touchdown last week because of his speed and the fact that he wouldn't be seeing the best corners all day long. Jameis Winston looked for him deep several times, bolstering my belief of how Olave is going to be used in this offense. I think the Saints' passing offense looks a little better, leading to a better Olave day. He can get behind the defense with ease, so I'll back him to pull it off this time.

Michael Thomas OVER Receptions

It's clear that Michael Thomas is back and that he's the clear WR1 in New Orleans. He has 17 targets through two games and his Winston's safety blanket. If the Saints' passing offense can be a little bit better this week and actually move the ball down the field, expect Thomas to be the first reed on a lot of the plays.
