The Seattle Seahawks and Arizona Cardinals will face-off for the second time in three weeks on Sunday.

The Seahawks won by a final score of 19-9 in their Week 6 showdown, and have since then claimed the top spot in the NFC West.

Arizona is on the outside looking in when it comes to the division standings, but a win this weekend would go a long way in getting back into contention.

Let's take a look at the latest odds for this Sunday's rematch.

Seahawks vs. Cardinals Odds, Spread, and Total

Seahawks vs. Cardinals Odds, Spread, and Total Movement

The Cardinals opened as 3-point favorites. The spread has since moved down one point to Cardinals -3. The total moved up from 49.5 to 50, but has since moved back down to 49.5.

Seahawks vs. Cardinals Prediction and Pick

The Seahawks defense has all of a sudden become a formidable unit. They started off the season as one of the worst defenses in the NFL, but over the last three weeks, they rank second in the league in opponent yards per play, keeping teams to just 4.3 yards per snap.

Meanwhile, their offense has regressed in the opposite direction. They're season average yards per play is 5.0, but that number drops to 5.1 yards per play over their last three games.

These recent developments has turned the Seahawks with a great OVER bet, to a great UNDER bet.

It also helps that the Cardinals are 30th in the NFL in yards per play at 4.9 and 23rd in points per play at 0.324.

With the total at 49.5, I'll gladly take the UNDER.
