The Los Angeles Rams scored a huge upset win over the Arizona Cardinals on Monday night, and are now set to take on another NFC West opponent in the Seattle Seahawks in Week 15.

Both teams enter the game with some catching up to do. The Rams are currently tied with the Cowboys at 9-4 in the NFC playoff picture, one game back from the Packers, Bucs, and Cardinals at 10-3. If they want any chance to snag the No. 1 seed, a win this week is a must.

Meanwhile, the Seahawks have won two straight games but are still on the outside looking in for the postseason. They're only one game back at 5-8, but there are a total of five teams that are ahead of them at 6-7. They can't afford to lose another game.

Los Angeles got the better of Seattle in their first meeting this season, downing them 26-17 in Week 5.

Seahawks vs. Rams Prediction and Pick

The Rams rough three-game stretch that they suffered through lately still has people undervaluing them despite their win against the Cardinals in Week 14. Make no mistake about it, the Rams are serious contenders and should be treated as such. Their offense leads the NFL in yards per play, and their defense ranks fifth in opponent yards per play.

It's time that we accept the Seahawks for being the completely average team that they are. Russell Wilson and Pete Carroll aren't going to re-create the magic that we saw for so many years in Seattle. Their in the bottom half of the NFL in most major statistics.

I expect Los Angeles to be able to torch this Seahawks secondary that ranks 23rd in opponent yards per pass attempt and 22nd in both opponent completion percentage and average opponent passer rating.

The Seattle offense is allowed the second highest quarterback sacked rate. They're giving up a sack on 9.26% of drop backs, which isn't a good recipe when facing the likes of Aaron Donald and Von Miller. I'll lay the points with the Rams in this NFC West battle.

Pick: Rams -7
