We might be in the middle of the Round of 32 of the March Madness tournament, but don't forget about the NIT! There is some high-level basketball being played in the secondary tournament, and tonight's matchup between St. Bonaventure and Oklahoma is no exception.

St. Bonaventure took down Colorado in the opening round, and now they've earned the right to take on No. 2 seed Oklahoma in the second round. Oklahoma handled Missouri St. in the first round, and are now three wins away from a berth in the NIT Championship Game.

St. Bonaventure vs. Oklahoma Prediction and Pick

Oklahoma was one of the first four teams out of the NCAA Tournament, and as a result, was given the No. 1 seed in the NIT. I was high on St. Bonaventure before the season, but the Bonnies have largely been a disappointment this year, and now they face a red-hot Sooners team.

Oklahoma has established itself as one of the top shooting teams in the country, ranking 20th in effective field goal percentage. That's miles above St. Bonaventure, who ranks 155th.

The Bonnies' biggest strength this season was supposed to be their defense, but a 104th ranking in defensive efficiency proves that wasn't the case. That's below Oklahoma's ranking of 62nd in that state.

The Sooners will roll tonight.

Pick: Oklahoma -5.5 (-110)
