Arizona returns home after a lengthy road trip to face Stanford, a team they throttled by 28 earlier in PAC 12 play.

Arizona reminded the country what they are capable of after a loss over the weekend to Colorado, destroying USC on the road by 20 in a game that was over as soon as it started. Now, they wrap up their regular season with a pair of home games against struggling PAC 12 teams, starting with Stanford on Thursday.

The Cardinal are losers of five of their last six and scored 39 points over the weekend in a loss to Cal. Can they hold up against a buzzsaw in Arizona?

Here are the odds from WynnBET Sportsbook:

Stanford vs. Arizona Odds, Spread and Total

Spread:

  • Stanford: +19 (-110)
  • Arizona: -19 (-110)

Moneyline:

  • Stanford: +1500
  • Arizona: -5000

Total: 146 (Over -110/Under -110)

Stanford vs. Arizona Prediction and Pick

Arizona should have little issue taking care of the Tree, who have the second worst two point defense in PAC 12 play. The Wildcats are shooting nearly 57% on two-point tries in league play and have one of the most formidable frontcourts in the country.

Meanwhile, the hosts play at such a frenetic tempo that they can run teams off the floor. They are top 10 in the country in adjusted tempo and already have success against Stanford from earlier in the year. Overall, Zona is the far superior team and will welcome returning home after a three game road trip.

I expect Arizona to continue to dispose of teams ahead of the PAC 12 Tournament and win with margin. Stanford is one of the worst teams in the country at protecting the ball and their lack of quality possessions will make it difficult to stay within this massive number.
