Heading into Saturday's action, the No. 7 ranked UCLA Bruins look to keep their five game win streak going when they host the Stanford Cardinal this evening at Pauley Pavilion.

The Bruins are tied atop the Pac-12 conference with Arizona; holding a two game lead over Stanford.

The Cardinal have also won two straight, including a road win against USC back on Thursday.

I like the Cardinal to fight the Bruins tooth and nail in this game and keep it within the 11.5 points.

Stanford's defense was outstanding Thursday night in their season sweep of a very good USC team, limiting the Trojans to just 27 points in the second half after being down by six in the first.

Stanford also has four Quad 1 victories this season, so they can hang with anyone when two things happen. The first is when three point shots are falling; a distinct advantage they have in conference play as they rank tops in the Pac-12 shooting 37.4%. The Bruins' defense has been better in the Pac-12 against stopping threes, ranking third, but had still struggled overall, coming in at 145th overall.

As for UCLA, they come in 16th overall in both KenPom adjusted offensive and defensive efficiency, but they'll look to force Stanford into turnovers to get out to a big leag. The Cardinal rank 345th out of 358 in turnover percentage, but only turned it over nine times on Thursday night.

Ultimately, the Bruins win again at home, but not without a fight from their rivals up north.
