The 43-27-5 Dallas Stars have won three of four as they travel to Vancouver to take on the 37-28-10 Canucks at 10:30 PM EST.

Both teams are vying for a wild card spot and sit just seven points apart in the standings, so this is a crucially important game for each side.

While Dallas has been hot, the Canucks have been even hotter. They've won five in a row while outscoring their opponents 26-9 in that stretch.

Vancouver has a pair of wins over the Stars this year as well, notching victories of 6-3 and 4-1. Can they make it three in a row over Dallas, or will the Stars snap the Canucks' winning streak?

Let's check out the odds from WynnBET Sportsbook to help us find value in this pivotal Stars vs Canucks matchup:

Stars vs Canucks Prediction and Pick

While the Canucks haven't had a particularly difficult schedule of late, it's hard to argue with the results. They picked up a pair of victories over the Golden Knights and Coyotes while adding one over the Sharks. You can only beat who you're playing, and Vancouver did so in dominant fashion, scoring at least five goals in four of those wins.

Dallas' offense, on the other hand, has mustered only five goals total in their last three contests. Jake Oettinger should be in net for the Stars and he's been a bit of a mixed bag of late. He's allowed at least three goals in 11 of his last 17 starts and in six of his last nine on the road.

Thatcher Demko will get the call for Vancouver and he's allowed only eight goals in his last four games.

The Stars have been excellent on the road, but the Canucks have won three of their previous four as a home underdog, including wins over the stellar Flames and Maple Leafs.

I like the value on Vancouver to keep their strong play going, especially given they already have a pair of convincing wins over Dallas this year. They've held their opponents to two or fewer goals in four of their last five and they'll have the advantage offensively and in goal as well. Give me the Canucks.

Pick: Canucks (+100)
