We can make predictions for just about anything on the Super Bowl, but the hardest is picking the exact final score of the game. It's purely a guess and anyone who tries to make you think otherwise, that there's some scientific reasoning behind hitting this bet, is lying. Still, it's fun to make your pick and we at BetSided did just that for this game.

A couple of important elements to consider are the spread (Rams are 4-point favorites), the OVER/UNDER (48.5) and, most importantly, the team OVER/UNDER. The Rams O/U is 27.0 and the Bengals is 21.5. All odds are set by WynnBET. And of course all odds could be meaningless when the game starts.

So with all that in mind, here are our picks for the exact final score of this game.

Iain MacMillan: Rams 24, Bengals 13

24-13 in favor of the Rams checks the box for a lot of things that I think will happen in this game. The Rams will win comfortably, the total will go under, and the Cincinnati offense will struggle against the Los Angeles defense. Expect field goal kickers to get some work in today, as both teams rank in the bottom half of the league in red zone touchdown scoring. If you're going to predict a final score, account for there being at least a few field goals.

Brian Giuffra: Rams 27, Bengals 20

With the over-under set at 48.5 points, there should be a good amount of scoring in this game. However, with two good kickers and a conservative coach (Sean McVay) setting the tone in this game, I could also see a lot of field goals, which is what will have to happen for this score to come to fruition.

This prediction takes into account nine scores in the game and I'm leaning toward the Rams defense to hold the Bengals offense to one fewer touchdown. Why? LA gives up touchdowns on 54.1% of opponents red zone appearances while Cincy gives up TDs on 56.1% of opponents red zone appearances. It's not a huge margin, but margins matter in games like this.

Jon Helmkamp: Rams 31, Bengals 27

This game could go a number of ways, and I wouldn’t be upset with any outcome. We’re being treated to a Super Bowl with genuine parity for seemingly the first time in two decades, with Joe Burrow taking the Bengals to the Super Bowl only one year after picking fifth overall in the NFL Draft, and Matthew Stafford chasing his first ring after 13 years. What a game.

The Rams defense is no joke, though. To me, this comes down to the Rams front against the Bengals offensive line, especially on the interior. Burrow is incredible against the pressure, but Aaron Donald, Von Miller and company are going to make life hard. Add in a secondary anchored by Jalen Ramsey and an offense led by Cooper Kupp and Odell Beckham Jr, and the Rams have the edge.

Ben Heisler: Rams 26, Bengals 20

The Aaron Donald Super Bowl MVP consensus movement throughout continues to back my narrative for this year's Super Bowl. The Rams' defensive front will be relentless, and Joe Burrow will spend the bulk of this game running for his life. (FYI, if you're looking to back Donald at WynnBET, he remains available at +1600.)

Meanwhile, expect the Rams to start off fast. They've been excellent in each of their postseason games, averaging 16 points in the first half. As for the Bengals, they've made their runs in the second half, so if the in-game spread goes to +10.5 or higher, I'll look to grab them live and middle with my Rams -4 bet.

I've said all week that this Super Bowl reminds me of both last year's Chiefs-Buccaneers matchup, as well as Super Bowl 50 when Cam Newton. The Super Bowl MVP in that game? None other than Von Miller, who's the last defensive player to win MVP.
