Syracuse vs. Boston College Predictions and Odds (Orange Offense Stays Red-Hot)
By Matt De Saro
Syracuse is coming into their own after starting the season 3-6 in conference play and going under .500 overall. They have now won three games in a row and need to continue winning if they have a shot at making the postseason.
The Orange match up well against their opponents, the Boston College Eagles, who have lost nine of their last 12 games overall. They are also 10-11 against the spread in what has been a forgettable season for the Eagles that can’t end soon enough.
Here are the odds for this ACC matchup, courtesy of WynnBET Sportsbook.

Syracuse vs. Boston College Prediction and Pick
Syracuse continues to rely heavily on their 21st ranked offense to keep them in the win column. The squad is led by head coach Jim Boeheim’s two sons, Buddy and Jimmy. The former is averaging almost 20 points per game while the latter is putting up 14. The duo has led this team to a top 15 offensive efficiency rating and is effective in the paint and behind the arc. In their last three games at home, they have scored at least 90 points and won all three of those games.
The Eagles do have a strong defense, ranking 75th in scoring, but I don’t think it will be enough to keep them in this game. Their offense has the worst field goal percentage in the entire conference at 41 percent and has failed to reach 40 percent in seven of their last 10 games in the ACC.
This is a clear-cut case of two teams heading in very different directions. The Eagles have looked bad all year but the Orange are getting hot at the right time. They need to keep their momentum up if they hope to make it to March and tonight is a good place to start.
Pick: Syracuse -4.5 (-110)
