The No. 13 Tennessee Volunteers (21-7) aim to win their third straight as they take on the 6-23 Georgia Bulldogs tonight at 6:30 PM EST.

Tennessee has won 10 of 12 and is 8-4 against the spread (ATS) over that stretch while the Bulldogs have won just once in their last 18 games; failing to cover in five straight.

Can Georgia overcome its struggles to cover a large number at home or will Tennessee's opportunistic defense carry the Vols to a blowout win?

Tennessee vs Georgia Prediction and Pick

Georgia is one of the worst defensive teams in the nation. They're 303rd in adjusted defensive efficiency thanks to the 353rd-ranked 2-point shooting defense. By turning the ball over on 21% of their possessions, they give opponents tons of fast-break opportunities and aren't a good rebounding team.

Good luck with that against Tennessee. The Volunteers have the 4th-best adjusted defensive efficiency and force turnovers at the 10th-highest rate in college basketball. With the 36th-highest offensive rebounding rate, they'll take advantage of the Bulldogs' inside to generate easy put-backs on top of their fast-break points.

At 16-6 ATS, Tennessee has been fantastic to back as a favorite. They've covered five of their last six when favored and five straight as a road favorite. As their offense has found its footing, they've become impossible for teams to handle and they're destroying inferior competition just like they're supposed to.

The Bulldogs, on the other hand, have been bad in every situation. At 9-19-1 ATS on the year and 3-9 ATS over their last dozen home games, Georgia just wants to get to spring break and call it a season.

I think Tennessee rolls in this one and improves to 17-6 ATS as a favorite. Go Vols.

Pick: Tennessee -15.5 (-110)
