The Houston Texans picked up a win in Week 1 over the Jacksonville Jaguars, but as expected, lost their last two games against the Cleveland Browns and Carolina Panthers. They will be expected to lose again in Week 4 when they travel to Buffalo to take on the Bills.

Rookie quarterback Davis Mills filled in for the injured Tyrod Taylor and did an honorable job, but it just wasn’t enough. While everyone was questioning the Texans quarterback for last week's matchup, it’s the running game that has questions to answer this week. Running backs Mark Ingram, David Johnson, and Phillip Lindsay ran for a combined 37 yards on 15 carries.

Buffalo crushed the Washington Football Team in Week 3, and when I say “Buffalo”, I mostly mean quarterback Josh Allen. Allen completed 32 of 43 passes for 358 yards and four touchdown passes, and picked up his fifth total touchdown of the game on a fourth quarter scramble.

Texans vs. Bills Prediction

Houston’s passing defense has been shredded in every game they have played, and there is no reason not to expect Josh Allen to continue that pattern in Week 4.

The Texans offense is going to face a Bills defense that currently ranks fifth in passing yards against, allowing just 194 passing yards per game, and a seventh-ranked rushing defense that has allowed just 74.7 rushing yards per game.

When you put these two teams together, how does it not turn into a one-sided bloodbath?

Buffalo is going to crush Houston in Week 4, and I wouldn’t balk at the large spread. The Bills just defeated a better Washington Football Team by 21 points, I’m not going to shy away from Buffalo at -17 against the Texans.
