The Indianapolis Colts and Houston Texans will battle to see who can get to two wins in the AFC South other than the Tennessee Titans in Week 6.

Indianapolis has gotten off to a brutal start, capped off by a collapse against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 5 Monday night.

Houston nearly upset Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots in Week 5, but David Culley’s decision to kick a long field goal (that missed) gave the Pats a chance to get back in the game late.

Here are the odds for this AFC South showdown courtesy of WynnBET:

Texans vs. Colts Odds, Spread and Total

Spread:

Texans +10.0 (-110)

Colts -10.0 (-110)

Moneyline:

Texans: +340

Colts vs. Texans Betting Trends

  • The Texans are 3-2 against the spread this season.
  • The Colts are 3-2 against the spread this season.
  • The Colts are 0-2 at home this season, but 1-1 against the spread.
  • The over is 3-2 in the Texans’ five games this season.
  • The over is 3-2 in the Colts’ five games this season.

Texans vs. Colts Prediction and Pick

The Colts nearly upset the Baltimore Ravens on Monday Night Football in Week 5, but they blew a 22-3 lead to lose 31-25 in overtime.

I get that Houston’s offense has struggled since Davis Mills took over, but the rookie took a step forward with 312 passing yards and three scores against the New England Patriots in Week 5.

The Colts are 1-4 for a reason, and I think that starting them at double-digit favorites is a little high. I’ll take Houston with the points, as it has still covered in three games this season despite being one of the league’s worst teams.
