then-NoThe Texas A&M Aggies and Arkansas Razorbacks are back in SEC action tonight when they go head-to-head at the Bud Walton Arena. While the Aggies have a better record at 15-3 and a higher rank in the conference, Arkansas is favored here after going 10-1 at home so far this year. However, they are ust 3-3 against SEC teams. The Aggies, meanwhile, are 5-1 in conference play. Their lone loss was a 64-58 loss to the No. 12 Kentucky Wildcats. Arkansas also beat a 12th ranked team last week with a 65-58 victory over the then No. 12 ranked LSU Tigers.

The Aggies are fighting to crack the top-25 in the rankings despite having a very strong overall and conference record.

Here are the odds for this meaningful SEC showdown, courtesy of WynnBET Sportsbook.

Texas A&M vs. Arkansas Prediction and Pick

Despite being a rather large favorite, I expect that the Razorbacks will struggle to put up points against a very strong Aggies defense. Texas A&M ranks 39th in the nation in terms of opponent’s points per game at 63.9 and 48th in effective field goal percentage. That is not saying that Arkansas has a weak offense, I just think the Aggies match up well against them. Especially on the perimeter. Despite having the 17th highest-ranking offense in terms of overall scoring, the Razorbacks are one of the worst three-point shooting teams in the nation. Their 28.8 shooting percentage from deep ranks them 328th in the country.

I think the odds for this game are a bit too influenced by the Aggies' recent loss to Kentucky at home. But, they are still a very strong team who shoots well, creates a lot of turnovers, and is tenacious on the defense glass. I'll take the points with the road team here and I wouldn't be too shocked if they remain undefeated on the road.

Pick: Texas A&M Aggies +9 (-110)
