The Big 12 has been chock full of amazing games this season and tonight will be no different with a matchup between No. 9 Texas Tech and Oklahoma on tap.

The Red Raiders head into this game as the second-ranked team in the Big 12 behind Kansas and tied with Baylor. With precious few games left in conference play, the Red Raiders need all the wins they can get from now until the end of the month. Texas Tech is riding a three-game win streak including a win over No. 23 Texas. Here are the odds for this Big 12 matchup, courtesy of WynnBET Sportsbook.

Texas Tech vs. Oklahoma Odds, Spread, and Total

  • Oklahoma +2.5 (-110)

Moneyline:

  • Texas Tech -140
  • Oklahoma +115

Total: 154 (Over -110/Under -110)

Texas Tech vs. Oklahoma Prediction and Pick

The Red Raiders possess one of my favorite qualities in a college basketball team. They are very well balanced on offense and don’t rely on a star player to shoulder the load. Instead, all five of their starters are averaging double digits and four different players have led the scoring in their last five games. Terrence Shannon Jr. is dealing with back spasms, but he was able to play through the pain and was a big reason why the Red Raiders are on a two-game win streak.

The Sooners are in a bad spot here. They are just about out of the conference picture after losing three straight games and seven of their last eight. Their biggest asset is their three-point shooting that ranks fifth-best in the nation in terms of percentage. That is really all they have going for them. As their record suggests, the deep ball isn’t enough to keep this team in the win column. I think this team continues to head toward the wrong side of the playoff bubble while the Red Raiders continue their short win streak.

Pick: Texas Tech -2.5
