The Oklahoma City Thunder and their fun young team wrap up their Summer League season on Sunday against the New Orleans Pelicans.

The Pels are 2-2 in the Las Vegas Summer League, but they’ve had no problem scoring the ball, averaging 92.8 points per game.

OKC has several first-round picks, including Chet Holmgren on its roster, but Holmgren did sit out the team’s last game. Will New Orleans pull off the upset?

Here ar the odds via DraftKings for Sunday’s showdown:

Thunder vs. Pelicans Odds, Spread and Total

Spread:

  • Thunder -2.5 (-110)
  • Pelicans +2.5 (-110)

Moneyline:

  • Thunder: -140
  • Pelicans: +120

Total:

  • 169.5 (Over -110/Under -110)

Thunder vs. Pelicans Prediction and Pick

Even if Holmgren doesn’t suit up, the Thunder have a ton of NBA-level talent on this roster and have run through the summer circuit this offseason.

The Pelicans have some really solid young players as well, but most of their rotation players are not participating in this year’s Summer League.

That leads me to the OKC side, as Jaylin and Jalen Williams have been really solid this summer. The Thunder are going to be a fun team to watch grow over the next few seasons, and they’ve put together a summer plus/minus of 3.8.

I’ll back the favorite in its finale.

Lean: Thunder -2.5 (-110)
