Thunder vs. Raptors Prediction and Odds: Healthy Thunder Gun for Second Straight Win
By Matt De Saro
The Oklahoma City Thunder come off a rare win over the Detroit Pistons 114-103, breaking an eight-game losing streak for OKC.
Tonight they try to go for two in a row against the Toronto Raptors. While a win is a win, a win over the Detroit Pistons is far from impressive. The team is in the early stages of rebuilding and should be a gimme win for most teams.
The really good news for OKC was the return of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Josh Giddey and Kenrich Williams to the lineup. Gilgeous-Alexander and Lu Dort led the charge against Detroit with a combined 58 points.
Meanwhile, the Raptors look for their third straight win, but will be without OG Anunoby; out with a hip injury tonight. Toronto comes off a 102-90 victory over the Wizards, bringing them a game closer to .500 with an 11-13 record.

Thunder vs. Raptors Prediction and Pick
The Thunder showed a lot of positive signs in their last win. Not only did they get back to strength and win a game, but the victory came on the heels of a historically bad 73-point loss. I don’t know if this is a good or bad stat, but the Thunder now have five games this season with comebacks of 15 points or more, including Saturday.
Now that the Thunder are healthy, their chances against the Raptors get a lot better. But, the Raptors are also a much better team than the Pistons. Even if their record is a bit rough, they are a team that needs to find their mojo more than anything.
While it was nice to see the Thunder snap their losing streak, I think they start a new one tonight. The Raptors are a much better offense (14th in offensive rating compared to 30th for kC) and should have little trouble beating the Thunder tonight.
Pick: Toronto Raptors -7 (-110)
