The Minnesota Timberwolves, winners of six straight, will travel to Orlando in hopes of extending their winning streak. Minnesota is tied with Milwaukee for the longest winning streak in the league. Today could be a trap game for the Wolves, so they need to be on their Ps and Qs against a bubbling Magic team.

The Magic are coming off a good win against the streaking New Orleans, giving them a little boost coming into this game.

Here are the odds for the matchup via WynnBET.

Timberwolves vs. Magic Prediction and Pick

While many of the top seeds have been ramping up for the playoffs, the Timberwolves have gone under the radar. Seemingly locked into the No. 7 spot in the West, the Timberwolves are making a play up the standings. Minnesota is 8-2 in its last 10 games and has the second-best net rating over that span.

Orlando has also been a little under the radar as of late. The Magic, who are the worst team in the league, have had the eighth best defensive rating in the last 10 games. They've gone 4-6 SU and and 6-4 ATS in that frame.

As noble as their performance has been, I'm siding with Minnesota tonight. Orlando's offense is just too for me to consider them a real threat. Minnesota's overall offensive rating is nearly 10 points better. Anthony Edwards and Karl-Anthony Towns will have enough offense to handle Orlando easily.

Lean: Timberwolves -7.5 (-110)
