The 1-win Titans and Colts meet this week, with both teams looking to jumpstart their seasons.

This is a matchup of two of the best running backs in the league, but how will that affect the game script? Can Jonathan Taylor outduel Derrick Henry? Or will this be a sneaky good quarterback battle?

Let’s dive into the props.

Best Prop Bets For Colts-Titans Week 4

  • Jonathan Taylor OVER 94.5 Rushing Yards
  • Derrick Henry OVER 72.5 Rushing Yards
  • Matt Ryan UNDER 235.5 Rushing Yards

Jonathan Taylor OVER 94.5 Rushing Yards

The Titans are the least efficient rushing defense in the entire league. They allow a league-worst 5.8 yards per carry and are bottom 5 in yards per game. Taylor is averaging 20 carries per game and is the lifeblood of the Colts’ offense. He’ll touch the ball early and often and should gash this Titans team.

Derrick Henry OVER 72.5 Rushing Yards

The Colts allow the fewest yards per carry, but they are 26th in the league in opponent carries per game. Teams try to run the ball on them and that’s what Tennessee will do. Henry hasn’t been the most efficient back, but if he gets the carries, he’s good enough to reach this line. Henry has cleared this line twice this season and it’s because of volume. The same thing will happen this week.

Matt Ryan UNDER 235.5 Rushing Yards

Matt Ryan has underperformed in Indianapolis this season. While the Titans’ defense isn’t the best in the league, Ryan has struggled enough for me to doubt him. He’s missed this line in his last two games and will likely lean on Taylor to keep the offense alive.

Ryan’s yard per attempt has gone down in each game and he’s been sacked five times twice this year. Unless he’s working off of play-action, I don’t trust Ryan to have a solid day.
