Tom Brady's retirement from football lasted less than two months.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback announced on Twitter that he is returning for a 23rd season in the 2022 campaign.
These past two months I’ve realized my place is still on the field and not in the stands. That time will come. But it’s not now. I love my teammates, and I love my supportive family. They make it all possible. I’m coming back for my 23rd season in Tampa. Unfinished business LFG pic.twitter.com/U0yhRKVKVm

Brady announced in February that he was stepping away from football, ending the career of the greatest quarterback in NFL history.
However, that was a short-lived retirement, as he immediately makes the Buccaneers a contender in the 2022 season. Tampa Bay was +3500 to win the Super Bowl at WynnBET this coming season prior to Brady's announcement. The Bucs have since moved to +1500 to win the Super Bowl.
Brady, who has won seven Super Bowls in his storied career, will look to add to that in 2022 with a Bucs team that is already equipped to compete after losing to the Los Angeles Rams in the playoffs this past season.
