Top NBA Picks and Predictions Today (Warriors To Get Rare Road Win)
We have 10 great games tonight to bet on, and once again, the BetSided team has you covered.
Tonight, we have everything. We have a total, two ATS plays and an outright underdog moneyline pick.
With a ton of games on, here are a few to keep an eye on.
Heat vs. Thunder Prediction and Pick
Miami hasn’t lived up to its billing this season, and I think the Heat once again fail to do so tonight.
Miami is just 2-3 ATS and SU as a road favorite this year, and are last in the league in points per game, 27th in rebounds/game and just 20th in free throw attempts. They haven't been good at the little things that would help them be an elite team like last season.
As for OKC, the Thunder are 6th in points per game, 4th in points in the paint and 2nd in field goals made per game. They also play at a much faster pace than the Heat, forcing Miami to speed up when they may not want to.
The Thunder are 6-5 SU as the home team and 4-4 SU as the home underdog. With the Heat continuing to be inconsistent, this is a great spot to back the Thunder. – Donnavan Smoot
Knicks vs. Bulls Prediction and Pick
There are several factors that line up well for this game to go UNDER the total of 226.5.
First, it starts with Brunson’s status.
The Knicks have an offensive rating of 112.1 this season, but that number jumps to 120.2 when Brunson is on the floor. Even if Immanuel Quickley moves into the starting lineup, the Knicks are almost certainly going to see a drop off offensively if Brunson sits.
The second part of this rest on Chicago’s season-long numbers on both offense and defense.
The Bulls have struggled offensively this season, ranking 19th in the league in offensive rating. They are playing at a fast pace (eighth in the league), but they are also a great defensive unit.
Chicago comes into this matchup ranking seventh in defensive rating, (the Knicks are 11th) and it should see a boost if Brunson sits.
New York has changed its rotation and focused on defense, leading to six straight games going UNDER this number.
I think we see a similar result in Chicago on Wednesday. – Peter Dewey
Blazers vs. Spurs Prediction and Pick
The Spurs have gotten off of their 11-game losing streak with a bang. They’ve won three games in a row, but this is the best time to sell high.
Portland, over the last 10 games, has the third-best offense in the league. The Blazers are healthy with Damian Lillard and Anfernee Simons in the backcourt, which I think is going to be too much for the Spurs to handle.
San Antonio, in that same span, has the third-worst defense in the league. Without the firepower on their own end to combat the Blazers’ scoring duo (SA is 29th in offensive rating), this could get ugly fast. – Donnavan Smoot
Warriors vs. Pacers Prediction and Pick
There are a ton of things that will tell you to bet against Golden State on the road, but I’m going with the contrarian play and backing the Warriors to win.
The Pacers have really fallen off, especially on the offensive end, after a fast start to this season. The team now ranks 16th in offensive rating and 21st in defensive rating.
Both of these teams are top five in the NBA in pace, but I trust a Warriors team with Curry to control this game on offense, especially after a poor showing on Tuesday night.
Indiana is 4-3 against the spread as a home favorite this season, but the team scored just 82 points in a home loss to Miami and has dropped two of its three games on this homestand.
Steve Kerr can’t afford for Golden State to stumble on this road trip, which still has four more games remaining after Wednesday’s clash.
