Top NBA Picks and Predictions Today (Suns Handle Lakers, Nets Prop and Kings-Grizzlies Total)
Looking to bet on the NBA on Tuesday, Nov. 22?
You've come to the right place, as BetSided's Peter Dewey and Donnavan Smoot have you covered with a few picks for tonight's action.
Donnavan has a spread pick and total bet in the Western Conference games tonight, while Peter is looking at a prop bet in the Brooklyn Nets-Philadelphia 76ers game.
Let's break down these picks:
Los Angeles Lakers vs. Phoenix Suns Odds, Prediction and Pick
The Lakers have won three games in a row, and that’s good for them. However, they’ve beaten the two worst defenses in the league and the circus that is the Brooklyn Nets. Tonight, they’ll face a real team in the Phoenix Suns, who I expect to send a message and win big.
Phoenix has the best net rating in the league and is top 10 in offensive and defensive rating. The Suns are 6-2 ATS as home favorites this season, showing they handle their business.
Anthony Davis is playing out of his mind right now, but the Suns’ success has been proven to be real, while the Lakers are just on a hot streak.

Sacramento Kings vs. Memphis Grizzlies Odds, Prediction and Pick
In the first meeting between these teams, I took the OVER at 236.5. I was a fan then, and I’m surely a fan tonight with the total at 233.
The Kings are the best offensive team in the league – according to their offensive rating. Sacramento has surpassed Boston and is scoring 118.2 points per 100 possessions. The Kings are hitting the over at the fifth-best rate, going 8-6-1 against the over. The Kings also play at the seventh-highest pace in the league. They put their value on getting possessions and running, which will push the total over.
Memphis doesn’t have Ja Morant in this one, but I’m not worried. The Grizzlies are still just outside the top 10 in offensive rating. On top of that, the Kings are 27th in defensive rating. It doesn’t matter who’s on the court, Sacramento will allow points.
With the way the Kings are playing right now, the over is an automatic bet. -- Donnavan Smoot
Brooklyn Nets vs. Philadelphia 76ers Odds, Prediction and Pick
Nets First Quarter Spread -2.5
The Sixers are going to have a makeshift roster in this game, so I love taking Brooklyn early when we know Durant and Irving will be on the floor.
After a brutal start to this season, the Nets are now actually 11th in the NBA in first quarter net rating.
No Embiid, Harden or Maxey means the Sixers are going to have to get creative for points. That’s not going to work when KD is on the floor. -- Peter Dewey
