Ben Heisler and Donnavan Smoot are back to give you their best bets of tonight’s WNBA slate. There’s two games on the docket, but we still have multiple picks for tonight’s game. Let’s get straight into it.

Best WNBA Prop Bets Record to Date

  • WNBA Best Bets Record: 3-3

Here are the plays our team is eyeing for tonight’s slate with odds coming from WynnBET Sportsbook.

Top WNBA Picks For May 19

  • Mercury -5 vs. Wings (-110)
  • Aces -11 vs. Lynx (-110)
  • Aces/Mercury Parlay (+264)

Mercury -5 vs. Wings (-110)

Things got heated between two of Mercury stars in their road loss vs. the Aces in Las Vegas Tuesday night.

Head coach Vanessa Nygaard addressed the Skylar Diggins-Smith and Diana Taurasi spat as two teammates with a lot of passion having a disagreement. If anything, I see it as a potential lift-off point for Phoenix tonight vs. Dallas.

Phoenix has been very solid offensively, ranking first in two-point percentage (50.9%), fourth in three-point percentage (37.3%), and third in effective field goal percentage (52.8%).

Their issue has been defensive stops; ranking second-last in the WNBA in opponent points/100 possessions. However, their two worst defensive showings came against the Aces, who rank near the top in many offensive categories this season. That shouldn’t be much of an issue vs. the Wings, who enter tonight dead-last in field goal percentage (39%) and second-to-last in effective field goal percentage (45.4%).

You have to score to keep up with the Mercury, and I don’t see the Wings making enough shots to keep up. – Ben Heisler

Aces -11 vs. Lynx (-110)

I backed the Lynx when Kayla McBride returned, but I think even she can’t help tonight. The Aces have won every game by at least 11 points and have recovered nicely since their loss to the Mystics. Las Vegas has scored at least 85 points in each one of their wins. That’s a lot of offense for the Lynx to keep up with, especially on the road.

When the Lynx have played the other top teams in the league, they’ve lost by at least 10 points. The Aces are the best team in the league and the Lynx will see that up close and personal.  – Donnavan Smoot

Aces/Mercury Parlay (+264)

While parlays aren’t supposed to be your main form of bet, they can still be fun. Tonight, Ben Heisler and I agreed on each other’s pick and decided to parlay them together. The Aces and Lynx are both favorites tonight. These are two teams that are expected to compete for the WNBA title and are playing younger, upstart teams. A little sprinkle on this would be a fun late night sweat.
