Best WNBA Prop Bets Record to Date

  • WNBA Best Bets Record: 9-10

Here are the plays our team is eyeing for tonight’s slate with odds coming from WynnBET Sportsbook.

Sparks vs. Fever

  • Fever +6 (-110) vs. Sparks
  • Sparks vs. Fever OVER 167.5 (-110)

Liberty vs. Storm

  • Storm -11.5 (-110) vs. Liberty
  • Liberty vs. Storm UNDER 157 (-110)

Sparks vs. Fever Best Bets

Fever +6 (-110) vs. Sparks
The Fever play their first game at home since firing head coach Marianne Stanley, as interim head coach Carlos Knox takes over, and I think we’ll see Indiana respond the way most do after a coach gets let go with more tenacity and a little fighting spirit.

Indiana’s lost five straight, but three of them have been by single digits or less. The Sparks actually make for a very good matchup for the Fever, as neither team has played much defense all season. Indiana also ranks ahead of L.A. in points per game, opponents points per 100 possessions, and on the glass. The Fever are the WNBA’s second-best rebounding team, whereas the Sparks come in dead-last.

I don’t know if I’m ready to back the Fever outright at +220 at home to win outright, but I do expect a closer game than most anticipate. – Ben Heisler

Sparks vs. Fever OVER 167.5 (-110)

Despite the Fever having one of the worst offensive ratings in the league, they still play at the fastest pace in the WNBA. Los Angeles’ metrics put them as a middling team, so I don’t see them putting the clamps down. The Sparks are 6-2 against the OVER this year, while the Fever are a similar 6-2-1.

The Sparks are above average when it comes to points per game and have one of the worst defensive ratings in the league. With bad defense and a fast-paced team, the Fever should be able to hang around and make this a back and forth affair. – Donnavan Smoot

Liberty vs. Storm Best Bets

Storm -11.5 (-110) vs. Liberty

Seattle hasn’t blown the doors off any opponent since their first game of the season. In their last two games, they’ve beaten the Chicago Sky and L.A. Sparks by three points each at home.

But the Liberty are in real trouble here as they begin a back-to-back in Seattle starting tonight. New York has dropped five straight; three of which have been by double digits. They rank dead last in the WNBA in points per game, net points per game, points per 100 possessions and 3-point percentage.

Seattle closed out games at home against far better competition, but never got into the gear that makes them the third-shortest favorite at WynnBET Sportsbook to win the title. Expect them to breeze past the Liberty tonight. – Ben Heisler

Liberty vs. Storm UNDER 157 (-110)

With both of these teams 3-3 against the OVER this season, I’m going to back the UNDER here. The Liberty flat out can’t score. They are last in points per game and offensive rating, while being below average in pace. A slow, inefficient team is not one that gets my trust for the OVER.

Seattle, despite being in the upper echelon in pace, is in the bottom third in offensive rating and points per game. Seattle has battled against some of the top teams in the league, but they continuously play a slower game than most.

Unless the Liberty turn it on and become an offensive juggernaut overnight, I don’t see the OVER hitting. – Donnavan Smoot
