There’s only three WNBA games on for this Wednesday, May 11, but I have plenty of picks for you.

Today, I’m hitting every angle; making a spread, moneyline and total pick.

Let’s get right into them, with odds courtesy of WynnBET.

WNBA Best Bets for Wednesday, May 11

  • Sparks -5 vs. Dream
  • Liberty +170 vs. Sky
  • Storm vs. Mercury OVER 166

Sparks vs. Dream Prediction and Pick

Game 1 of the Sparks’ season couldn’t have gone better. They knocked off the defending champion Chicago Sky and now roll into Atlanta to take on the Dream. Atlanta is 1-0 and covered against the Dallas Wings in their first game.

I’m picking the Sparks to win and cover in this game because of their front line. With Liz Cambage and Nneka Ogwimike at the 4 and 5, I don’t see the Dream having the size to match up with them.

WynnBET has the Sparks as 5-point favorites, and I’m taking them to stay undefeated and cover.

PICK: Sparks -5 (-110)

Liberty vs. Sky Prediction and Pick

I’m going with an underdog pick in this one. The Liberty are +170 on the moneyline and I think they are very live to win. Before the season tipped off, I had Sabrina Ionescu as a dark horse candidate for MVP because I expected a bounce back season from her. In the first game of the year, she scored 25 points on 56% shooting from the field. If she can be efficient, the Liberty’s ceiling gets raised drastically.

Chicago has already lost to an underdog this season and the Liberty, who have a talented roster, can keep this game close and match up well with the Sky.

PICK: Liberty +170

Storm vs. Mercury Prediction and Pick

This is the game of the night. The Storm and Mercury are currently third and fourth in the odds standings to win the title, and we’ll likely see a rematch of this in the playoffs. As for tonight, I’m going to back the over in this game. It’s a high number at 166 because both teams have a lot of fire power and are currently in the top 5 of the league in scoring.

Skylar Diggins-Smith is coming off a 25-point season opener and will drive the bus for the Mercury. Meanwhile, Seattle has Breanna Stewart and Jewell Llyod combining for 37 points a night. This will take a lot of threes to cash, but these teams have shown in the past they aren’t afraid of a track meet.

PICK: OVER 166 (-110)
